The villa is 124 m2. It is located in the tourist-weekend settlement Suvi Laki near Rusinovo – Berovo. The distance from Strumica is 27 km, and from Berovo 26 km. There is access to the road that passes through the settlement, which is actually the local road Strumica – Berovo.
On the first level there is a room with the possibility of a summer kitchen, or whatever suits. This is a separate section.
On the second level there is: a living room and a tiled part for the kitchen; bathroom; a larger paneled balcony.
On the third level there is: a living room and a tiled part for the kitchen; bathroom; two bedrooms; a smaller balcony.
In the back of the building there is another utility room (separate part, entered from the back).
