The apartment has its own electric heating and a functional fireplace (if used, the wood and its cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant)

Art paintings by our renowned academic artists have been left in the apartment and the release would go with a reference list that is left in it.
The rent is €1500 plus utilities (there are bills only for electricity, telecom and water)
Monthly maintenance of the building is 2600 denars (tenant’s obligation)
The building has its own swimming pool and 8 out of 24 apartments have the right to use it.
If they want to use it, the fee is €300 for the season (May-September), but if they don’t use it, they have no obligation to pay.
You get a special chipped card to enter the pool area.
The minimum rental period is 12 months, if it is rented out for more, I can reduce the rent.
