The street is quiet, without noise, and from the location you can quickly and easily exit to one side of Bul. “Treta Makedonska” near “American College”, and on the other side of Bul. “Jane Sandanski” at “Tobaco”.
The building is one of the last in Skopje built by one of the most renowned old construction companies, with an exceptionally strong carabiner, first-class concrete, solid reinforcement, following all construction and seismic procedures, with wide stairs, a large elevator and large corridors.
The neighbors are nice people, mostly cultured intellectuals.
I prefer meticulous tenant/s.
