Karposh 1, without elevator, with a basement of 6 m2, with central heating, cooling with built-in air conditioning, with used but preserved furniture, fully furnished for a longer period of use for serious or family people. The apartment is located in a former military building, between PA UN Karposh, the children’s clinic and the playground. The apartment is rented for a short stay of up to 4 hours for 40 euros, for 1 night 50 euros, as well as for a longer period for a monthly rent of 250 euros paid in advance, together with one above-ground parking in front of or behind the building + overhead costs for electricity, water, central heating, maintenance of the entrance, cable TV and internet, with two rents of 500 euros being taken in advance for a longer period. One rent is a deposit in case of untimely paid bills or damage to the apartment. Serious people come into consideration.
