The apartment is opposite the FON university, in the immediate vicinity of the Mercedes showroom, TC Godi, Lidl, KAM market, Bricolage, Tinex, Sport Vision, etc. The apartment is rented for a short stay of up to 4 hours for 40 euros, for 1 night 50 euros, as well as for a longer period for a monthly rent of 550 euros paid in advance, together with an underground parking of 14 m2 + overhead costs for electricity, water, maintenance of the entrance, cable TV and internet, with the fact that for a longer period two rents in the amount of 1100 euros are taken in advance, which if nothing is damaged in the apartment, all bills are paid properly and on time, after an inspection by me, they are returned to the tenant at the end of the rental period.
