Sub-Second Map-to-Card Sync
By optimizing spatial indexing on our custom listing database (`wp_rm_listings`) and introducing aggressive client-side caching of coordinates, we have reduced map-to-list synchronization latency to under 100ms. Moving the map or adjusting filters will now update the sidebar listing cards instantaneously.
Zero-Match Intelligent Fallbacks
To eliminate empty “no listings found” states when browsing quiet neighborhoods, Oglasy now automatically runs a secondary search within a slightly wider radius. Instead of dead-ends, you will receive intelligent, location-based property recommendations in adjacent areas.
Offline Storage for Favorites
You can now browse your saved favorites and listing details even with spotty connectivity. The app caches text content and thumbnails locally, ensuring that your property shortlist is always accessible during on-site viewings.
