The apartment is sold furnished (in which case it can be moved in immediately) or unfurnished, according to the buyer’s wishes. It has a nice orientation, lit but without direct sun because there are many trees in the immediate vicinity. The bathroom has been renovated and has a brand new washing machine and a new boiler. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a deep freezer and a stove, both appliances in working order.
