I am renting out a premium furnished apartment next to Bilna Apteka, opposite the Tobacco Factory, at a distance of 900 meters from the square in the center of Skopje. The apartment has a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a terrace and a bathroom in a building with an elevator on the 3rd floor. There is TV, optical internet, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, fully equipped kitchen and PP sensors. Air conditioning is very economical in an energy efficient building with an inverter air conditioner. Parking is paid parking and there are three parking lots, one next to the building and 2 right across the street. It is issued for a minimum term of 6 months. No pets. It is paid for each month in advance and an additional deposit in the amount of two monthly rents, which is returned at the end of the rental. In addition, utility bills are paid, which are very low. There are many shops, restaurants and schools in the area, and the center and GTC are within walking distance.
