– my right is recognized by the state for this apartment
This document that I have means that the right to the apartment is recognized, but the ownership is not registered in the cadastre.
This means that I can transfer the right to use the apartment to a third party.
As (CONTRACT FOR THE TRANSFER OF THE RIGHT TO AN APARTMENT (RIGHT OF USE AND CLAIM) normally the transfer would go most legally with a notary’s certification….
